EA Sports FC 27

EA SPORTS FC™ 27 is the latest title in the world’s number one footie franchise. Lead your club to glory in Career Mode. Build a dream squad in Ultimate Team (Messi and Ronaldo in the same side? Yes please!). Or take on your mates in a head-to-head match while you’re sat on the same sofa.

You could pre-order the Standard Edition of EA SPORTS FC™ 27 with free delivery on our website. And when you did, you were able to start playing on release day. Plus, when you bought from us, you’ll automatically paid £62.99 on PlayStation 5 and XBOX, and £54.99 on Nintendo Switch 2, giving you 10% off the RRP.

You could hit the pitch when EA SPORTS FC™ 27 launched worldwide on 25 September 2026.

You can score the Standard Edition for £69.99, the Ultimate Edition for £99.99 and the Ultimate+ Edition for £139.99. Whichever one you pick, it’ll be a whole lot less than Erling Haaland’s weekly wages.

The Standard Edition is the regular version of the game. Ultimate added early access and comes with extra content for Ultimate Team. Ultimate+ is the star player – a new, limited-time version that includes even more goodies and a unique front cover. It was only available to pre-order until 31 August 2026.

Yes, it’s available for Switch 2. So, you can win the league title while you’re sat on the bus. Or face-off with your friends while you wait for your plane. The game also launched on PlayStation 5, XBOX Series X|S, PC, PlayStation 4, XBOX One and the first Nintendo Switch.

Kylian Mbappé features on every version, while Jude Bellingham joins him on the box art for the Ultimate+ Edition. It’s a very Real Madrid heavy cover this year!

The Grounds is this year’s brand-new open world football playground. You’ll create your own custom player, getting involved in scrappy street kickabouts and 11 v 11 stadium matches. Explore three unique locations – the UK, France and Argentina – and grow your pro with new skills and gear when you level up.

You were able to play a whole week before the game launched, with early access from 18 September 2026. It wasn’t only available to Ultimate and Ultimate+ owners though. If you subscribe to EA Play, you could kick off your EA Sports FC™ 27 season early too.

Don’t worry - last-gen gamers aren’t left behind. If you’re still gaming on PlayStation 4, XBOX One, or the original Nintendo Switch, you won’t miss out. The game looks (and plays) even better on the PlayStation 5, XBOX Series X|S and Nintendo Switch 2 though! So, if you’re thinking about an upgrade, now’s the time.

Not at the moment. We’re only stocking the Standard Edition for now. If you fancy picking up the Ultimate or Ultimate+ Edition, they’re available directly from EA or the XBOX, PlayStation and Nintendo digital stores.
