Stay on top of your health with this Luna smart ring. Its 3-axis motion and PPG sensor keeps an eye on your heart rate, stress level and calories burnt to give you a clear picture of your day. The advanced sleep tracking breaks down your sleep stages into deep sleep, REM and interruptions, so you can rest better. With personalised goals like bedtime guidance and heart-rate zones, it helps you build the habits you've been meaning to start. You can pair it with the Luna app using Bluetooth and you're good to go.
