The Jovs EMS-Toning Shorts are best for people who want to train glutes and pelvic floor muscles without setting aside extra workout time. Its EMS technology stimulates muscles during each session for targeted training at home. The 2-in-1 dual-mode design switches between glute and pelvic floor training, so different goals can be focused on separately. And its Smart Sensing technology adjusts stimulation automatically for a more comfortable feel.

  • Dynamic Pulse technology - changes the pulse pattern during sessions to keep muscle stimulation feeling varied
  • Dual Boost Circuit - keeps stimulation feeling consistent from the start of a session to the end
  • Smart IC pulse control - adjusts pulse output automatically to maintain a steady sensation
  • Seven adjustable intensity levels
  • FDA-cleared technology
  • 20-minute runtime
