The Blackstone 28" Griddle with Air Fryer is best for families who want to cook full outdoor meals without juggling several appliances. It combines a large griddle and air fryer, so you can cook different dishes at the same time.
Plenty of room for dinner. The 524 sq. inch cooking surface gives you plenty of room for burgers, ribs or a mix of mains and sides.
Keep everything cooking nicely. Four independently controlled cooking zones let you set different temperatures across the griddle. Cook foods needing different heat levels at the same time.
Get things crispy on the side. The 4-litre Air Fryer drawer adds another way to cook alongside the griddle. You can air fry sides while your main meal cooks up top.x
Ready when everything else is. The separate 4-litre warming drawer keeps cooked food warm while you finish the rest of the meal. That makes coordinating bigger spreads a little simpler.
Cover up or cook under it. The hood protects the griddle top when needed and doubles as a basting dome. Use it to trap steam and help food cook evenly.
Less mess to deal with. The patented rear grease management system collects grease towards the back of the griddle, helping keep it away from your main cooking area.
Keep your kit close. Dual folding side shelves, accessory hooks and magnets give utensils and prep essentials their own place. There's also a paper towel and rubbish bag holder.
Prep right beside the grill. The pass-through side shelf cutting board gives you a handy prep area beside the cooking surface, so ingredients can go straight onto the griddle.
